Hall of Fame
Tim was raised in Silver City and participated in many sports at Silver High. Upon entering Western he continued his multiple sport efforts in not only track, but football under coach Al Johnson and basketball with Jim Smith.
Tim had the privilege of working under Coach Fox during his track career at Western, which not only brought him Hall of Fame status through conference championships, but continued this success as a track coach for many years in California where he and his wife Sandy live.
He still coaches track and has a great love of teaching history and has guided hundreds of youth and coaches in their quest to succeed. Tim continues to be very active in his support of WNMU athletics with fellow athletes and coaches, always looking for ways to help or get them appropriate recognition for the tremendous impact they have had on young athlete's lives.
