Harold Ware

Harold Ware came to WNMU from Northwestern High School in Flint, Michigan. While at WNMU, Ware led the Mustangs to three consecutive RMAC titles and a berth in the NAIA National Championship Tournament.

As a sophomore, Ware averaged 18.4 points per game, and earned First Team All-RMAC and All-District 7 status. As a junior, Ware was an All-American nominee.

During his senior campaign, Ware led the RMAC in scoring, averaging 20.1 points per game. He was also listed among the circuit’s leaders in field goal percentage, free throw percentage, rebounding, assists, and blocked shots. During his senior year, Ware also became Western New Mexico’s all-time leading scorer.
