Logan White was born in 1961 in Humansville, Missouri and graduated from WNMU in 1985 with honors.

While at WNMU, White won many honors. In 1983-1984, White was All-Conference, on the District All-Tourney Team, RMAC Most Valuable Player, RMAC All-Tournament Team, Academic All-American, and the team’s Most Valuable Player. In 1984, White also led the nation in wins and strikeouts with 16 wins and 12 strikeouts.

White also set school records for wins in a season, wins in a career, strikeouts in a season, strikeouts in a career, lowest ERA in a career, most appearances in a season and career, and most innings pitched in a season and career.

White finished up his career with the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Scholar Athlete of the Year award and selected to Who’s Who Among College Students. These awards allowed him to be drafted by the Seattle Mariners.
