Portales, N.M. - Track & Field finished off their 2025 season at the Lone Star Conference Outdoor Championships in Portales, New Mexico.
On the Women's side in the Track events,
Aubrey Lozoya (Albuquerque, NM/Cottonwood Classic Preparatory) placed 13
th in the 5000m Run. In the Field events,
Trinity Rios (Silver City, NM/Cobre High School) placed 15
th in the Javelin.
On the Men's side in the Track events,
Jarred Baca (Las Vegas/West Las Vegas High School) placed 7
th and
Samuel Ketcham (Goodyear, AZ/Canyon View High School) placed 8
th, both in the 5000m Run. In the 4x400m Relay,
Malik Barrens (Pecos, NM/Pecos HS), Wyatt Mackay,
Yoab Jaramillo (Farmington, NM/Piedra Vista High School), and
Tristan Pierce (Raton, NM/Maxwell High School) placed 11
th. In the Field events,
George Peru (Silver City, NM/Cobre HS) placed 6
th and
Michael Parker (El Paso, TX/Pebble Hills High School) placed 9
th, both participating in the Javelin.
