Biography
2024 Season:
In Peru's first year with the Mustangs, he placed 6th at the Lone Star Conference Track & Field Championships.
High School:
Peru graduated from Cobre High School in 2023. At CHS, Peru was a part of the cross country, track & field, baseball, and basketball teams. In high school, Peru earned 2022 3A Javelin State Runner Up, 2023 3A Discus State Runner Up, and 2023 3A Javelin State Champion for track & field.
Personal:
Peru enjoys fishing, hunting, playing golf, reading books, listening to vinyl records, and playing video games. His father played college football at Evangel College in Springfield, Missouri. Both of his parents are retired educators in New Mexico.
After WNMU, Peru aspires to be a High School History teacher and a high school coach.
