Fraboulet Grabs Conference Honors

Richardson, Tex.-- Senior Liam Fraboulet (France, Plouha/Lycée Kerraoul) was recognized by the conference this week for his efforts over the weekend.

At the No. 1 flight in both singles and doubles, Fraboulet was undefeated in singles play and 1-1 in doubles against top regionally ranked opponents. The Mustangs opened up play against Colorado Mesa, taking the dual 5- 2. The senior from France, and partner Joaquin Delpino (Villa Maria, Argentina ) started off with a 6-3 win over Agritlley and Robles. He then made quick work of Max Lindqvist in straight sets with a 6-1, 6-0 win. Fraboulet continued his winning ways against MSU Denver, closing out the weekend with a 6-2, 7-5 win over Daniel Llorente.

Both men's and women's tennis are on the road this week, this time taking on conference opponent UT- Permian Basin, followed by more regional competition against St. Mary's, St. Edward's and Colorado State Univ. - Pueblo in Midland, Texas.
