For the second year in a row, the men's tennis team captured the RMAC regular season title with a sweep over MSU-Billings Sunday, 9-0. The Mustangs did not let any RMAC opponent earn a single match point over the six matches and two weekends of conference play.
"The men basically performed well under pressure…and continued to raise their level of play and defeat good competition in the RMAC,” says head coach Erik Burton. “The men are continuing to prepare for, hopefully, the regional event hosted by WNMU and eventually Florida. The hunger for the high level of competition will continue to grow in the next several weeks.”
The Mustangs have one more non-conference matchup before driving to Denver to participate in the conference tournament.
