Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – The Mustangs continue their 2025 season with day two of the Edmond Regional Festival hosted by University of Central Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. WNMU went up against the Pittsburg State and Oklahoma Baptist University. Going against the Pittsburg State Gorillas, the Mustangs lost in seven innings 0-3. Their game against Oklahoma Baptist ended in seven innings as well with a score of 0-15.

Starting on the mound for the Mustangs in game two, Labraida Tenorio (Rio Rancho, NM/Rio Rancho High School) pitched 2 innings. She face 13 batters, 67 pitches, and earned two strikeouts for the Mustangs. Coming in to help out, Madison Kloepper (Llano, TX/Llano High School) pitched 1.1 innings facing eight batters and 24 pitches. Bringing in a third pitcher, Kiya Hamar (Forest Ranch, CA/Pleasant Valley High School) stepped in and faced five batters with 19 pitches. As the relief pitcher, Haiven Schoolcraft (Carlsbad, NM/Carlsbad High School) made an appearance for 2 innings facing eight batters with 29 pitches.
Offensively, the Mustangs had a total of 26 at bats. They earned six runs Madison George (San Miguel, CA/Templeton High School) and Ciara Spencer (Gallup, NM/Gallup High School) crossing the plate twice each.
