PUEBLO, COLO. - Western New Mexico's women's golf headed to colorado for the CSU Pueblo Fall Invitational Hosted by CSU Pueblo from the Pueblo Country Club in Pueblo, Colorado.  The Mustangs would hang tough throughout, finishing 3rd overall with a combined score of 179 (+32).

Leading the Mustangs was Alexandria Klemke (Goodyear, AZ/Estrella Foothills HS), who shot a +4 for the tournament, finishing with rounds of +1 and +3. Klemke's consistency kept her among the top competitors, helping WNMU secure their top-3 team finish.

Falyn Lackey (Hobbs, NM/Hobbs HS) followed, posting a +7 overall. She battled through a challenging first round at +6 but rebounded with a stronger second round, carding a +1.

Shandiin Harper (Farmington, NM/Piedra Vista HS) also finished at +10, with rounds of +8 and +2. Her second-round improvement played a key role in keeping the team competitive.

Meanwhile, Brooklynn Maes (Las Cruces, NM/Centennial HS) and Corynn Speer (Alamogordo, NM/Alamogordo, HS) both finished at +14.  Maes posted scores of +5 and +9, while Speer recorded rounds of +7 on both days.
