LAS CRUCES, N.M. - The Western New Mexico University Men's golf team traveled to University Golf Course for the Herb Wimberly Intercollege. In a team filled with D-1 talent the Mustangs sit 5^th (+15), 288-295-583.
The top Mustang is Tomas Ribeiro (Porto Seguro, BR/Evolução Centro HS) T-10^th at (-1), 68-73-141. Ribeiro had two eagles and three birdies.
T-14^th is Joey Geary (Phoenix, AZ/Sunnyslope HS) at E 70-72-142. Eight birdies for Geary in the two rounds.
Adam Niles (Kamloops, BC/Valley View Secondary HS) is T-29^th at (+5), 73-74-147. Niles was good for six birdies.
Arnav Arkanath (Milton Keyes, GB/Sir Henry Floyd HS) sits T-61^st at (+11), 77-76-153. Arkanath made four birdies. 
In 72^nd is individual Max Kaesebier (Bad Langensalza, Germany/Pierre-de-Coubertin Gymnasium) (+23), 85-80-165. Kaesebier had one birdie.
Kyle Mahan (San Antonio, TX/Lady Bird Johnson HS) rounds out the lineup T-73^rd at (+24), 84-82-165. Mahan recorded one birdie.
New Mexico State is leading at (-20), Incarnate Wood is second at (-5) and Abilene Christian is in third at (+3),
The top three is all New Mexico State. First is Javier Delgadillo at (-7), second is Alexandre Bauduin (-5) and third is a tie between Vari Mariscal, River Smalley and Alvaro Morales at (-3)
The Boys will be back in action tomorrow at 8:00 AM MT.
