Reggie Colson III Recognized as 2019 Don Hansen Football Committee All-American

Brookfield, Ill. -- The 2019 Don Hansen Football Committee released its 2019 Don Hansen NCAA Division II All-America Team Monday morning, recognizing Western New Mexico's Reggie Colson III (Hollywood, FL/South Borward HS). 

Colson earned Honorable Mention accolades after leading the Mustangs receiving efforts, amassing over 1,200 yards in his first season. The Hollywood, Florida native averaged over 100 yards a game, posting four games in triple digits for 78 receptions and 13 touchdowns. He capped off his junior season with a season high 226 yards for three touchdowns to help his team secure the leather helmet in the inaugural La Batalla Bowl versus New Mexico Highlands. Second in the league in receptions behind Tarleton's Zimari Manning, Colson also finished seventh in the LSC scoring 78 points.
