Juniors Calum Hill and Aimme Apodaca were named WNMU Student-Athletes of the Week.

Hill has had back-to-back weeks of finishing in the top-10 and nearly placed in the top-five in both tournaments. This past week in WNMU's Intercollegiate, he finished in fourth with solid rounds of 69-69-72. After the first two rounds he was tied for first and was just two-strokes back of the leaders after the final round. He was near the top in par-three scoring averaging 2.75 (-3), which was second-best among the field. In addition, he added 12 birdies and 38 pars which were all among the top-10 in the field. The week prior he tied for sixth at the RMAC #1.

Apodaca claimed first at the NMHU Jamboree this past weekend with a time of 19:19.06 in the 5,000-meter race. She won by over eight seconds besting a field of 21 runners including RMAC foe New Mexico Highlands.
