Wetton's two-under final round 70 was the best of any golfer during the third round and helped him climb into the top spot on the leader board and earn him All-RMAC Tournament accolades for finishing in the top-six as he tied for first. He helped lead the Mustangs to their second straight RMAC Championship title, overcoming a six-stroke deficit. He also shot rounds of 71 and 76 to finish with a 217, which was just one-over par. He compiled four birdies to end up with 10 for the tournament, which tied him for second in the field. He also added 35 pars and finished in the top-10 in all par scoring categories. His top number came in par-three (3.08) tying for fourth, tying for fifth in par-four (4.00) and tying for seventh in par-five (5.00).
