Silver City, New Mexico - The Western New Mexico University Men's Tennis team continued its 2025 Spring Season by coming back home to Silver City, New Mexico. At home, they played against Cameron University and lost 2-5.

In doubles, the No. 1 spot,
Javier Romero (Tlalnepantla, Mexico/ETAC) and
Mael Houee (Rennes, France/Tennis Club de Bruz) took part in a match with K. Kubik and N. Milliard, losing 2-6. At No. 2
Alexandre Frigout (/Ozanam/ Saint Jean) and
Birk Arwedahl (Karlskrona, Sweden/AF Chapman) had a match with R. Edwards and V. Preto, 2-6. No. 3 pairing of
Romain Malhomme (Marseille, France/CNED) and
Quentin Duvinage (Rasheim, France/Lycée Freppel) would lose their match to L. Boilevin and B. Lock, 2-6.
As for singles, playing No. 1 today was
Javier Romero (Tlalnepantla, Mexico/ETAC) who lost in two sets to L. Boilevin, 6-7 with a tiebreaker of (2-7) and 1-6. Penciled in at No. 2 was
Mael Houee (Rennes, France/Tennis Club de Bruz) who lost his match against N. Milliard, 3-6 and 4-6.
Romain Malhomme (Marseille, France/CNED) played No. 3 for the Mustangs today who won his match to V. Preto in three sets, 6-1, 3-6, and 10-7. Alexandrea Frigout was slotted for No. 4 today, taking K. Kubik to two sets and winning, 7-6 with a tiebreaker of (7-2) and 6-0. No. 5
Birk Arwedahl (Karlskrona, Sweden/AF Chapman) rounded out today's lineup, against B. Lock losing a match taken to two sets, 2-6 and 3-6. In the final spot penciled at No. 6,
Quentin Duvinage (Rasheim, France/Lycée Freppel) also took partook in a match against R. Valente 4-6 and 4-6.

Doubles: 2, 1, 3
Singles: 2, 5, 1, 4, 6, 3
The Mustangs will stay back home for a match-up against Midwestern State University on April 12, 2025, scheduled for 1 p.m. MT.
