Los Angeles, California - The Western New Mexico University Men's Tennis team continued its 2025 Spring Season by traveling to Los Angeles, California. In Los Angeles, they played against Concordia University Irvine and lost 0-4.

In doubles, the No. 1 spot, Javier Romero (Tlalnepantla, Mexico/ETAC) and Mael Houee (Rennes, France/Tennis Club de Bruz) took park in an unfinished match with M. Mueller and F. Veyhle. At No. 2 Romain Malhomme (Marseille, France/CNED) and Alexandre Frigout (/Ozanam/ Saint Jean) were beaten by S. Cinco and A. Kartzinel 4-6. No. 3 pairing of Birk Arwedahl (Karlskrona, Sweden/AF Chapman) and Quentin Duvinage (Rasheim, France/Lycée Freppel) would lose their match to M. Renz and A. Large 4-6. 

As for singles, playing No. 1 today was Javier Romero (Tlalnepantla, Mexico/ETAC) who lost in two sets to F. Veyhle, 1-6 and 4-6. Penciled in at No. 2 was Mael Houee (Rennes, France/Tennis Club de Bruz) in a match-up against S. Cinco, this match went unfinished. 

Alexandre Frigout (/Ozanam/ Saint Jean) played No. 3 for the Mustangs today who lost his match to A. Large, 3-6, and 2-6. Birk Arwedahl (Karlskrona, Sweden/AF Chapman) was slotted for No. 4 today, taking M. Mueller to two sets and losing, 2-6 and 5-7. No. 5 Quentin Duvinage (Rasheim, France/Lycée Freppel) rounded out today's lineup, against M. Renz with an unfinished match. In the final spot penciled at No. 6, Titouan Rebois (Boulogne Billancourt, France/Notre Dame de Boulogne) also had an unfinished match as well against A. Kartzinel.

The Mustangs will stay in Los Angeles for a match-up against Azusa Pacific on March 13, 2025, scheduled for 3 p.m. MT/2 p.m. PT.
