Box Score SILVER CITY, N.M. – Saturday morning, the Western New Mexico University Men's Tennis team would lose a home conference matchup against Cameron 6-1.
The Aggies secured the doubles point and took the early lead. No. 1 duo Brendan Lock (Cheyenne, Wyoming/Cheyenne South HS) and Yu Jhe Du (New Taipei City/Taiwan/Taipei Municipal Jianguo High School) would be defeated 6-2. No. 2 Javier Romero (Tlalnepantla, Mexico/ETAC) and Patricio Larrea (Ambato, Ecuador/Atenas High School) would lose 6-4. No. 3 doubles, Paul Claussen (Balingen, Germany/Gymnasium Balingen) and Lachlan Rowing (Canberra, Australia/Finigan School of Distance Education) lost 6-1.
In singles, No. 5 Lock would getting things started winning 6-4, 2-6, 10-5.Lock would score the only point of the match for the Mustangs.
 No. 6 Claussen would fall 1-6, 1-6. Singles No. 4 Romero, lost a 2-6, 2-6. Playing No. 3 Du would be defeated 1-6, 2-6. At the No. 2 spot, Rowing would lost 4-6, 4-6. No. 1 Larrea would be the final defeat for the Mustangs going down 1-6, 1-6.
The Mustangs next match will be a conference match at Midwestern State with first serve at 9:00am
