Grady Earns LSC Special Teams Player of the Week

RICHARDSON, Texas -- Junior Collin Grady (Glendora, CA/Glendora) connected on the game-winning field goal to lift the Western New Mexico University football team to a 20-17 win over Fort Lewis this past Saturday.

Grady continues to be clutch for the Mustangs on special teams this year as he hit the game-winning 27-yard field goal to give WNMU the 20-17 victory over the Skyhawks. Earlier in the game he connected on a 40-yard field goal to get the Mustangs on the board in the third quarter. He added three punts for an average of 45.3 yards, drilling one 58 yards. Grady made both of his extra point attempts and also added a 54-yard average on five kickoffs.

This season he has made 5-6 field goals, 20 extra points and is averaging 37.5 yards on 30 punts this season, with eight landing inside the 20 and six going for over 50 yards.
