In 40-plus gusts of wind, the Mustangs were able to muster up another win against Grand Canyon University, 7-2.

WNMU swept the three doubles competitions and then cruised right into singles. Kyle Lynch (Albuquerque, NM, New Mexico Military Institute High School) had another sensational performance. This week's RMAC Player of the Week held his opponent scoreless with two 6-0 victories.

Flavio Rueda (Mazatlan, Mexico, Universidad Autonoma de Durango, Riverside Community College) showed that he is back into full swing as he defeated his opponent with a pair of 6-3s.

"The Mustangs start conference play tomorrow, and I feel really good about our chances this year," says head coach Erik Burton. The Mustangs will start the RMAC schedule with Colorado Christian and CSU-Pueblo today.
