Graduate student Jaime Trujillo (North Hollywood, CA, J.H.F. Polytechnic High School, Los Angeles Valley College) has been voted to the 2009 ESPN the Magazine/CoSIDA (College Sports Information Directors of America) College Division Academic All-District 6 team.

Plagued with injury, Trujillo saw limited time on the football field last season, but he did have a strong game in the first contest of the season versus Sul Ross State. He posted one total tackle and five assist tackles in the victory.

Trujillo finished his undergraduate degree last December and is now pursuing his Master of Business Administration degree. He will complete this degree in May. He currently maintains a 4.0 GPA.

The College Division includes NCAA Division II & III schools, as well as the NAIA; District 6 encompasses schools in New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
