Nunez delivered several key points to help the Mustangs claim their sixth straight RMAC title. He won both of his singles matches at No. 4 in straight sets and added a pair of doubles victories with senior teammate Juan Pablo Fuentes. He was also named the RMAC Summit Award winner for the top GPA in men's tennis. For the season he has gone 12-10, including a 7-0 mark in RMAC matches and is currently on an eight-match winning streak. In doubles with Fuentes at No. 2 they have gone 8-0 and 7-0 in RMAC play.
