Valerie Villela (Chandler, AZ) led the team in hits (eight), runs (six), total bases (16), slugging percentage (1.067), assists (12), and batting average (.533) as the Mustangs went 1-3 at home against Metro State. Against Metro State, she went 3-for-4 with three runs scored and a triple. In game one and game four of the series, Villela collected two hits on four at bats in each game.
