Emma Lootens-Stael (Diksmuide, Belgium/French Touch Academy) and Ana Sofia Montero-Villegas were beat by Makenna Livingston and Delia Maier, 1-6. No. 3 pairing of
Jenna Kastell (Bonn, Germany/TC Rot-Weiß Troisdorf) and
Gabriella Blumberg (Casper, WY/Kelly Walsh High School) would win their match 6-3 to CMU's Catalina Ballon Marin and Jane Steur.
As for singles, playing No. 1 today was
Andreea Arnautu (Laval, Quebec, Canada/College Laval), as she was taken down in two sets by Makenna Livingston, 4-6 and 3-6. Penciled in at No. 2 was
Caini Wang (New Taipei City, Taiwan/Taipei Municipal Nangang Vocational High School), before getting beaten by Devyn Rodriguez, 2-6 and 4-6.
Gabriella Blumberg (Casper, WY/Kelly Walsh High School) played No. 3 for the Mustangs today as she finished her match against Delia Maier.
Emma Lootens-Stael (Diksmuide, Belgium/French Touch Academy) was slotted for No. 4 today, taking Jade Brilhante to an unfinished match. No. 5,
Jenna Kastell (Bonn, Germany/TC Rot-Weiß Troisdorf), rounded out today's lineup, losing against Catalina Ballon Marin 5-7 and 0-6. In the final spot penciled at No. 6,
Manon Baudet (Lyon, France/TC Trevoux) did not finish her match against Jane Steur.
