Wichita Falls, Tex. - The Western New Mexico University volleyball team traveled Wichita Falls, Tex. on Oct 21st to take on Midwestern State. The Mustangs would lose to the other Mustangs 3-0.

Jazmyne Walker (Las Vegas, NV/Legacy HS) was the focus of the offense tonight with six kills.
Madelynn Culp (Vancouver, WA/Union High School) was spreading the ball around court tonight, as she totaled 10 assist.
Freshman
Carley Deck (Tucson, AZ/Tanque Verde HS) was a force in front of the net tonight with three blocks.
Eliana Moultrie (El Paso, TX/Canutillo HS) covered the floor for the Mustangs tonight, as she finished with a game-high 16 digs.
In set one the teams were in an even battle as they were both tied at 11-11 before MSU took control. MSU would take a commanding set one victory 25-12.
MSU 1, WNMU 0.
Set two MSU would take a 14-7 lead over WNMU early before running away with the set 25-13.
MSU 2, WNMU 0.
WNMU would take an early 10-6 lead over MSU in set three. But it would not be enough has MSU would defeat WNMU 25-20, winning the match 3-0.
Western New Mexico will be back in action Saturday Oct. 22nd against Texas Woman's (12:00 PM MT) in Denton, Tex.
