Durango, CO — After a tough day two of the Skyhawks Tournament saw the Mustangs drop both their matches, one last match and a familiar face awaited them on day three. Texas A&M - International looked to break their losing streak to the Mustangs and did just that in a three-set sweep Saturday afternoon.Â

How It Happened:Â
- TAMIU took an 8-2 lead off Mustangs errors early in the match, and didn't let up taking the opening set 25-16.Â
- The Mustangs kept it close, but had to play catch up late. Back-to-back WNMU errors gave the Dustdevils set two.Â
- In a must win third set, the Mustangs came out firing taking a 15-8 lead.Â
- A trio of kills by TAMIU tied it at 22.
- A service error put the ball back on the WNMU side, but TAMIU would close it out 25-23 to complete the comeback and take the match in a sweep.
