Durango, CO — After a tough day two of the Skyhawks Tournament saw the Mustangs drop both their matches, one last match and a familiar face awaited them on day three. Texas A&M - International looked to break their losing streak to the Mustangs and did just that in a three-set sweep Saturday afternoon.

Western New Mexico 0 - Texas A&M - international 3 (16-25. 22-25. 23-25)

Top Performers:

Delaney Seitz (Hillsboro, OR/Century High School) - 5 kills | .333 hitting percentage

  • A trio of kills by TAMIU tied it at 22.
  • A service error put the ball back on the WNMU side, but TAMIU would close it out 25-23 to complete the comeback and take the match in a sweep.
