Fields Recognized By LSC

Ciara Fields (El Paso, TX/El Dorado) will cap off her career as a Mustangs as an LSC Honorable Mention.

As a senior, Fields led the team averaging 11.5 ppg, She shot 32.9 percent from the floor, 30.4 percent from beyond the arc and 82.1 percent from the free throw line. Her free throw percentage ranked her third in the LSC standings, and 16th in scoring overall. The El Paso native started all 27 games for the Mustangs, scoring in double-figures in 15 of those games, including a season high 22 points back-to-back against Cameron and Midwestern State.

Fields tallied over 300 points this season, including 129 rebounds, 30 steals, and 36 assists.
