Mustangs Land Leonard from Central Arizona College

Silver City, NM-- Head Men's Basketball Coach Matt Enriquez announced today that Andrew Leonard from Tucson, AZ has officially signed to play for the Mustangs beginning in the 2019-20 season.

"Andrew will be a great addition to our team this upcoming season," said Enriquez. "His outstanding shooting ability will really help to boost our offense."

A graduate of Cienega High School in Tucson, Leonard joins the Mustangs after a successful two years at Central Arizona College. The 5'11" guard is currently averaging 13.5ppg, 3rpg, and 3apg while shooting 45% from 3Pt. On December 28, 2018 against Bismarck St. he scored 50pts on 16-25 shooting including 13 made 3's.
