Spivey paced the Mustangs both on the offensive and defensive ends of the floor. He scored 24 points, along with 19 rebounds in the two games, while shooting 73 percent from the floor making 11-15. Spivey scored 12 points in both games and went for a double-double with 12 rebounds against Texas A&M-Commerce. He shot at least 67 percent, going for a high of 83 percent (5-6) against Tarleton State.
