Gonzalez Alvarez was efficient in his 35 minutes on the floor as he went for 17 points during that time. He tallied nine points on three three-pointers against Angelo State, making 50 percent from three. He then added eight points, with two more triples and four rebounds against Texas A&M-Kingsville. He also had an assist and steal during the week.
