Tiffany Newell continued her strong play through the RMAC this season going 2-0 in both singles and doubles play this week. In singles at No. 3 she pulled out a tough 7-6, 7-6 straight set win over Colorado Mesa and then had to work three sets to take the win over Colorado Christian. In doubles action at No. 3 with teammate Claudia Osuna they posted a pair of 8-3 wins in both matches against the Mavericks and Cougars. She finished the RMAC regular season going 4-0 in both singles and doubles play.
