Kesler scored a career-high 21 points against CSU-Pueblo. He had a first half for the ages as he went 5-5 from the field, 4-4 from three-point range and 5-5 from the free throw line to score 19 points in just eight minutes. He helped bring the Mustangs back from 18 down in the opening half to take a two-point halftime lead. The next night against Western State he added five points, with another three-pointer.
