Wilson was named the RMAC Defensive Player of the Week. He had a 32-yard interception that he returned for a touchdown in WNMU's 36-20 win over Adams State. His interception was one of three by the defense on Saturday. In addition he added six tackles, four solo and a sack.

Wilson continues to lead the team in tackles for loss with 11, interceptions with two, fumbles recovered with two, it tied for the team lead in sacks with three and is four on the squad in tackles with 46, with 29 coming solo. He ranks second in the RMAC in fumbles recovered and third in tackles for loss.
