In the victory over Colorado Christian, TJ Riley nailed the game-winning shot with one tick left on the board. Five Mustangs recorded 10 points or better with Riley being one of them. He had 17 points. Riley finished with a game-high eight rebounds also. Riley then had 22 points with 10 credits coming at the charity stripe in the huge win over undefeated Colorado School of Mines. In the two games earlier in the week against Division I programs, Riley had 15 points versus the University of Texas – El Paso and then another eight against Sam Houston State. He finished the week averaging 15.5 points and 4.8 rebounds each game. He also shot .457 from the field (21-46) and .800 from the stripe (16-20).
