Senior Nicole Luna has been on a tear this season, including her last two races in which she broke the WNMU school record in the 6k, only to break her own mark this past week.

At the Pomona-Pitzer meet two weeks ago, Luna ran a time of 22:53.1 to place eighth, but more importantly her time broke the school record in the 6k. Luna wasn't content with just breaking the record once, she came back this past week in the UC-San Diego Triton Invite and broke her own school record with a time of 22:45.1 and placed fourth.
