Western New Mexico University Athletics

Connie Olivas begins her first year as an Athletic Trainer at Western New Mexico University. Originally from El Paso, Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at El Paso before completing her Master of Science in Athletic Training at New Mexico State University. 

At Western New Mexico, Connie works directly with men’s basketball, tennis and cross-country. She is excited to begin her career with the Mustangs and looks forward to creating a positive environment that promotes health, well-being and success by providing quality care.
