Biography

Originally from Katy, Texas, and a graduate of Cinco Ranch High School, Alvarez-Mittelsted is pursuing a degree in nursing with aspirations to become a travel nurse and eventually return to Texas A&M University for a bachelor's degree in Animal Science and Agricultural Education. She raised three lambs for the Cinco Ranch FFA chapter and participated in CDE floriculture contests, as well as being part of the homecoming court. She enjoys traveling to new places, trying different foods, exploring new areas, and learning more about agriculture and the human body.
