2026 Women's Cross Country Roster
Biography
McKenna Shad is a senior cross country runner from Angel Fire, New Mexico and is majoring in Biology with a minor in Kinesiology. Before Western New Mexico University, she attended Cimarron High School and played volleyball, cross country, basketball, and track and field. Outside of sports she enjoys welding, woodworking, hiking, hunting, fishing, running, and ranching. After WNMU, she has aspirations to become a graduate from a masters program in wildlife biology and to become a field biologist.Â
