Biography
WNMU:
Lozoya is in her third year at WNMU with the Mustangs. So far, Lozoya has received the Athlete of the Week award.
High School:
Lozoya graduated from Cottonwood Classic Preparatory in 2022. At CCP, Lozoya participated in cross country and track & field. Lozoya was born May 25, 2004, and is very passionate about music while also trying to make a difference with her job back home with the Village Pizza crew. In her spare time, Lozoya enjoys running, playing guitar, painting, camping, hiking, and meditation.
Career Achievements:
Lozoya has also achieved WNMU history through record time in the 5K race with a time of 18:12.8 at the UC Riverside Universal. This time has put her as the 8th fastest in the 5K time posted in the Lone Star Conference this season. Lozoya finished 12th overall among the 251 finishers, which led the Mustangs to an 11th-place finish among 26 schools
After WNMU, Lozoya was inspired to work at an animal sanctuary, specifically working with exotic animals.
