2020-2021: COVID year.

2019-2020: Appeared in 26 games, starting in 8, going on to average 17.0 minutes per game, shooting 39.2%, with an average of 5.3 points per game. Chavez was second on the team with 3 PTs made with 36, shooting .400, and was 5th on the team with total points made (139).

2018-2019: Appeared in 8 games, average of 3.8 minutes per game.

History:
At Centennial HS, Chavez's senior year on the basketball court, she played in 22 games, averaging 9.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 2.0 steals per game. As a Freshman (2015) and as a Junior (2017) she was First Team All-District and as a Sophomore (2016) and a Senior (2018) she was Second Team All-District. Chavez as holds the record of most threes in a game (7) as a Sophomore and most points scored in a game (30) in her Junior year. Chavez as named second on the team for 3 PTs made and was 5th on the team for total points made.


Personal:
Hobbies: golf, going to the lake, and spending time with family and friends
Awards at WNMU: She is currently the Vice President of SAAC. She made the 2019-20 President's List and 2020-21 Dean's List. 
Aspirations: Chavez has hopes of pursuing a career in homeland security upon graduating from WNMU. 
Fun Fact: Chavez played volleyball throughout high school where she earned Second Team All-District as a Junior and as a Senior she was First Team All-District.
