This will be Brown's second year on the coaching staff, as last year Coach Pace hired her on as the team's Graduate Assistant. In her lone year as the GA, she was able to help guide the team to their best start since 1998, as well as Mustang Guard Sydney Wright to a LSC Honorable Mention.
Prior to Western New Mexico, Brown played four years at the collegiate level with stops at Coastal Carolina University and Jefferson College. During the 2021-22 season Brown played a valuable role in the Chanticleer's run at the Sun Belt Conference's championship. She would play for the Chanticleers from 2020-2022, averaging 6.9 PPG.

Before joining Coastal Carolina, Brown attended Jefferson College, where she earned NJCAA First Team All-American Honors in the 2019-20 season. She would be ranked at fourth in nation in scoring during her sophomore season, averaging 23.2 PPG, as well as ranked first in the Missouri Community College Athletic Conference.

Brown attend Pattonville High School in St. Louis, Miss. Where she was named a McDonald's High School All-American nominee. She graduated in 2022 with her Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasizes on Business Administration and Coaching.
