2021-22: Bustillos appeared in 11 games for the Mustangs in the 2021-22 season. Bustillos finished the season with a total of 21 points, 15 assists, 15 rebounds and 5 steals. V.s Tex. A&M Int'l (Feb. 21) Bustillos had a season high of 8 points.
2020-21: COVID-19 cut season short.
History:
Bustillos graduated from Riverside High School in 2020. At Riverside HS, Bustillos senior year, she played in 30 basketball games, averaging 21.8 points per game, 2.1 assists, 6.4 rebounds, and 4.1 steals.Some awards she earned at her time at Riverside HS, Offensive MVP (senior year), First Team All-District (junior year), New Comer of the Year (freshman year )

Aspirations: After graduation Bustillos plans attending pharmacy school.Â
Fun Fact: Bustillos played volleyball and softball throughout high school where she also earned recognisitions including:  for volleyball she played in 82 sets, had 94 kills,13 total blocks, 203 digs, and 2 aces. As a Softball player, she batted .469, with a .518 OPB, tallying 97 hits, 46 RBI, 70 Runs, and a fielding percentage of .905.
