Lincoln Trail: Carrasco transfers from Lincoln Trail College in Illinois where she saw action in 16 games this past season as a sophomore, tallying 7.3 points and shot 44 percent from the field. Known for her strong defensive game, Carrasco was among the national leaders in blocks per game at 5.0. In addition she pulled down 9.5 rebounds per contest. She averaged five or more blocks in nine games, going for a high of nine against Lindenwood in the season opener. Carrasco recorded a season-high 16 points versus Kaskaskia and added a double-double in that game with 10 rebounds. In her first season at Lincoln Trail she was fourth in the nation in blocked shots with 83, as she connected on 50 percent from the field, while bringing down 7.1 rebounds and adding 5.4 points per game. Carrasco tallied a season-high 19 points against Lake Land and added seven blocks in that same game. She pulled down 15 rebounds versus MacMurray College and had five games with at least 11 rebounds and 13 games with four or more blocks.

High School: Carrasco played at Canutillo High School in El Paso where she was also selected to the team USA Basketball 3x3 18U team along with current Lady Mustang teammates Ciara Fields and Takiyah Lopez. In her final season at Canutillo, she averaged 8.0 points and 7.6 rebounds per game.
