Biography

History:
Uemura graduated from Konawaena High School in 2019 where she completed a great career in softball. She was then recruited to continue playing at Yakima Valley College for the 2021 season. During her softball career Uemura has earned, 2016 & 2019  Big Island Interscholastic Federation Team and 2018-19 Honorable Mention All-State Team. 

Personal:
Hobbies: dancing Hula, gardening, and fishing
Fun Fact: Uemura grew up in a coffee farm picking coffee beans and raising farm animals. 
Aspirations: Once graduating from WNMU, Uemura wants to move back to the Big Island to teach back in her hometown of Kona, Hawai'i.
