Western New Mexico University Athletics

Kyle Berger is a freshman cross country runner from Socorro, NM where he attended Socorro High School before coming to Western New Mexico Univeristy, where he is majoring in Biology. In high school, Kyle won the 2026 3A District 3 Runner of the Year. While participating in both cross country and track and field in high school, he also took part in playing soccer and football. Outside of sports, Kyle enjoys rock hounding and exploring the outdoors. after WNMU, Kyle has aspirations of working in a major role in a very notable zoo.
