Joziah Ramos enter his first year with the Mustangs. The Albuquerque, native was the 2019-2020 New Mexico High School Gatorade Player of the Year for Atrisco Heritage Academy High School.

Before WNMU: 
At Atrisco Heritage Academy High School: Ramos ran cross country, but basketball was his priority as he played in 109 career varsity basketball games averaging 17.9 ppg, 2.4 reb, 2.7 ast, and 1.1 stl. Ramos was a three-time District First Team and a four-time District All-Academic. In 2018 and 2019, Ramos help lead his team to two State championships. In 2019 and 2020, he was ABQ Journal Metro Preps Player of the Year, as well as District Player of the Year. In his Junior season (2019), he was the USA-Today All-USA NM Basketball Player of the Year. Ending his high School career he was the 2020 Gatorade National Player of the Year for New Mexico.

Personal:
Joziah is studying business and looks to get into the field, if he cannot further his basketball career. In his spare time he likes to ride his bike, go fishing, and hangout with his teammates.
