Enriquez collected three steals in a game twice and dished out six assists against OPSU.

High School: If the name Enriquez sounds familiar to those at WNMU who have watched basketball over the years would remember former standout and current assistant coach Matt Enriquez. His brother, Jordan, will follow Matt from Bel Air to Silver City and play for the Mustangs. He brings staggering accolades to WNMU. The 6-foot-3, 170 pound shooting guard was the leading scorer averaging 18.4 points, 5.1 rebounds and shot 42 percent from three-point range on a team that went 32-1 and ranked fourth in class 5A in the state of Texas. That is just the start of the top numbers for Enriquez. He was named MVP of a pair of tournaments (Fabens ISD and Bryan Johnston Holiday Classic), All-Tournament Team at the McDonald's Tournament, District 2-5A MVP, All-City First-Team, TABC 5A Region First-Team and TABC Academic All-State.
