Golightly joins the Mustangs as a Graduate Assistant after being the Interim Head Men's Basketball Assistant Coach at Grand View University from 2022-2023.

Golightly grew up in Maryville, Missouri, before attending William Jewel College and graduating in 2021. From 2018-2019, Golightly was named Lee Roark's Most Improved Player and Heart of America All-Conference HM from 2021-2022. He is the son of Brian and Rachel Golightly, and a brother to Shelby and Jaren Golightly. 

Golightly looks forward to learning from the coaching staff and winning plenty of games.
