Prior to WNMU:
Kelly attended Scottsdale Community College before joining the Mustangs. At SCC, Kelly appeared in 60 games total. He rallied up a total of 919 points, 201 rebounds, and 7 blocks. 

High School:
Kelly attended Chandler High School and graduated in 2021. At CHS, Kelly participated on the basketball team. 

Personal:
After WNMU, Kelly aspires to play professional basketball overseas.
