Leituala graduated from West Anchorage HS in 2022. He played in 12 games as an offensive lineman or defensive lineman. He was granted 1st Team All-State and 1st Team All-Conference his senior year.

After his time at Wester New Mexico, Leituala hopes to pursue more education in his life. His hobbies include working out, playing video games and being outdoors.
