High School: Helped lead his team to a 9-4 overall record and 6-0 league mark starting along the offensive line. He was named to the Mount Baldy All-League Team and First-Team All-CIF.

WNMU (2014): Played primarily along the defensive line posting three tackles, while playing in four games. 

WNMU (2015): Tuivai originally started out the season on the defensive line, then moved to offensive line to finish out the season. After playing the first five games of the season on the defensive side of the ball and recording eight tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and a half sack, he then became an important part on the offensive line playing the final six games of the season. He helped the offense to 1,497 yards rushing and 20 touchdowns. Through the air the Mustangs passed for 3,897 yards and 26 touchdowns.

WNMU (2016): Tuivai was one of the top players along the offensive line once again for the Mustangs during the 2016 season. He spent a majority of the time starting on right guard as he helped the offense average 26.5 points and 407.9 yards per game and 36 total touchdowns, with 25 coming through the air. The Mustangs ranked fourth in the conference in first downs (234), third and 28^th nationally in passing yards per game (290) and fifth in the conference in total offense (407).
