Western New Mexico University Athletics

Gabriel Lomeli is a freshman football player from Corona, California. He attended Norco High School, Corona Centennial High School, and Murrieta Valley High School, where he played football. During his high school career, Lomeli was a nationally ranked three-star safety according to 247Sports and earned Honor Roll recognition, the Scholar Athlete Award, and an All-League Academic Team Award.

He is currently studying Business Administration at Western New Mexico University. Outside of football, Gabriel enjoys coaching, refereeing, following sports, traveling, and spending time with his family. After graduating from WNMU, he plans to become a firefighter and paramedic while giving back to and serving his community.
